The dues amount is $515.

• #3) Automatic Debit (ACH Transfer):
If you are interested in having your annual payment automatically withdrawn from your bank account, please print this Direct Debit Authorization Form , fill it out, and mail to Victory Accounting along with a VOIDed check.
NOTE: The Direct Debit Authorization Form did not change from last year, so it is not necessary to mail in a new form (& voided check) if you did it last year.
Your ACH transfer will occur between the 15th and 20th day of March.

Checking account – No service fee.
Debit/credit card – 2.95% service fee
